*LIHEAP application appointments will be conducted at the Banks County Adult Education Center, 127 Hudson Valley Dr., Homer, GA. No appointments will be taken at the Banks County NDO Office. Only arrive at your scheduled appointment date and time, as we are not allowing walk-ins and this locations may be closed at other times.
